Pericardium Meridian (PC)
一、Introduction
The Pericardium Meridian is one of the twelve primary meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
It is responsible for protecting the Heart system and regulating emotional and mental balance.
In modern TCM education, especially in the U.S., the Pericardium Meridian is commonly associated with:
Stress and anxiety support

二、Meridian Pathway
The Pericardium Meridian originates in the center of the chest,
travels along the inner aspect of the arm,
and ends at the tip of the middle finger.

Releases arm and chest tension, supports relaxation.

Supports emotional balance and mental calmness.
PC6 内关|Neiguan
A key calming point widely used in TCM education for stress, anxiety, and sleep support.
PC7 大陵|Daling
Supports emotional stability and restful sleep.
PC8 劳宫|Laogong
Used for emotional overload, mental fatigue, and inner restlessness.
